Robert F. Holmes

Robert F. "Bob" Holmes, 76, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016.  He was born in Marysville, CA. to Walter and Bonnieta Holmes.

He had worked for PG&E for 35 years as a heavy equipment operator.  In his retirement he learned how to fix appliances and enjoy fixing things for friends and family.

Bob loved spending time at the ocean and skin-diving.

Bob is survived by his wife Pat Holmes of Napa, son Michael Holmes (Bruce Troup), of Napa, son Charles Holmes (Rebecca Bailey-Holmes), of Glen Ellen, daughter in-law  Jil Holmes, brother George Holmes, grandchildren; Ryan, Connor, Andy, Samantha, Jake, Chris, and Chelsea, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son Richard, sister Bonnieta and grandson Daniel.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 24th at 2:00 pm at Tulocay Mortuary, 411 Coombsville Rd. Napa.
