THE FOLLOWING PACKAGES INCLUDE ONLY THE ITEMS LISTED. PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE: THE URN, FLOWERS, HONORARIUM FOR CLERGY/CHURCH, DEATH CERTIFICATES, COST OF OBITUARIES OR
WEEKEND/HOLIDAY SERVICE FEE.
1. TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE WITH RECEPTION FOLLOWED BY CREMATION

* Basic Services with Funeral Director and Staff
* Transfer of Remains to our Mortuary
* Preparation of the Remains (Embalming, Dressing and Casketing)
* Gatewood Cherry Rental Casket
* Use of our Facility, Equipment and Staff for 2 days.
* Day 1 - Viewing/Visitation and/or Rosary
* Day 2 - Funeral Service in our Chapel, your Church, or other Facility
* Memorial Package - includes Guestbook and 100 service folders or prayer cards
* Local use of the Funeral Coach/Hearse
* Use of our Reception Center (Includes 3 hours)
* Disposition Permit
* Appropriate State fees
2. STANDARD FUNERAL SERVICE WITH RECEPTION FOLLOWED BY CREMATION

* Transfer of Remains to our Mortuary
