All our prayers for the family and friends left behind. Please know Lloyd was loved and respected by many more than you might see on Saturday. Though the last few years were difficult, he will be remembered for the friendships he made and the service he gave to Hayward, its officers, staff and citizens. Through the mercy of God may perpetual light shine upon him and may he rest in peace.
