I'm so sorry to read about Kathy's passing. Recently, I sent her a card and in her response she sounded full of hope. She was an energetic, positive, outgoing person.
Also, very generous with her time; if you needed her to help cook or drive you, she was always available. I will miss her and never forget the day she passed, it was on
my birthday. RIP you are now lighting up lives all around you. Love, Jan

I am very sorry for the recent loss of your loved one, Kathleen Palagi. I have a brief encouraging message I would like to share with you from God's Word, the Bible. The Bible can be a great source of both comfort & hope during this most difficult time in your lives. For one example, at Revelation 21:3-5 it assures us that the day is soon coming when our loving Heavenly Father is going to wipe away the tears of sorrow from our eyes forever and that even pain & death will be no more. I hope after reading this it will be of some comfort to each one of you. If later you would like to learn more from the Bible about why we die or why does a loving God allow so much suffering & injustice, please feel free to go to the website: www.jw.org to find some very satisfying answers.

I have found it so difficult to express my feelings of Kathy's passing. I too, worked with her at AAA....she was a strong woman but with a softness to balance.
This year when I take out my Christmas ornaments, I will have a loving memory of the woman, friend and teacher who shared her talent.
Much love and sincere condolences to her family.

If in dying you are granted all your lifetime wishes, I know that when I die I will be able to visit Kathy again at a wonderful art studio where every color in the rainbow are at her fingertips, all the best brushes and canvases are available and she will have finally mastered painting a turtle.
In thinking about Kathy’s life, she has shared her wonderful personality literally with all of us from A-Z, working for Triple A and ABC Bakery all the way to being involved in a catering job at ZD Winery. Kathy has graced all of us with her lively spirit, wonderful cooking, and beautiful art. It is a delight to know that for many years to come, in order to feel closer to Kathy all one has to do is go to a function at St John’s Hall and look up to the beautiful ceiling she painted.
Although I have only known Kathy for less than 10 years, I feel like we’ve known each other all our lives, and I will miss her so very much. I don’t think a day went by throughout this illness that we didn’t speak and I will have a hard time not hearing her “hello” each day.
Kathy touched so many lives, and I am truly fortunate to be one of those

Extraordinary human being. A tremendous loss to our community. I feel honored to be her close friend and will miss the love and support she gave all her friends. I always admired her ability to find levity in most situations. The art she produced will be with me forever.

I met Kathy first at her home a birthday party. My friend lived across the street and took me over. Then I again met Kathy at AAA. She invited me to paint with her. She helped me with painting. We spent a lot of hours painting and chatting. I thank Kathy for the introduction to painting. I still paint today and love it. We had some good laughs and good times. Kathy will be greatly missed. My condolences to her family.

Kathy was an amazing person I worked with her at AAA. We always were laughing, at work and after work when we got together. When my daughter started working for AAA she took her under her wing and showed her the ropes she was a caring and thoughtful person. God takes the best. Prayers go out to her friends and family..

We were so saddened to read of Kathy's passing. Whenever we saw her over the years she was always so friendly and kind to us. I saw her art at the Cedarchest in San Anselmo, where Amy goes on Fridays. We remember you all as such wonderful neighbors, especially Mary. Our deepest love, sympathy, and prayers to Joanne, Gail, Nancy, Kenny, and all their families, and also to Kathy's friend Bill Priess.

I met Kathy while working at AAA. She was one of a kind and a joy to work with, always kept me laughing. More than that she became my painting teacher and friend. We had a group of ladies that met once a week for several years and Kathy taught us how to create some beautiful and fun things through paint, and through it all of course we had many laughs. Although I had not seen her in many years, I have often thought of her over the years, mostly when I break out my paints with my girls which we do often. My prayers are with her family and may she rest in peace.

Kathy took me under her wing at the San Rafael AAA Branch. We became more than just co-workers. We had so many fun times both in the office and out. Its been about 15 years or longer since I've seen her, but it feels like yesterday. You will be so missed Palagi, may you rest in eternal peace....Love you

Kathy was such a good friend. I saw her several times while working at Tulocay. Most recently was in the grocery store where with her beautiful smile and laughter she brought me back to the 70's when she was a waitress at the bowling alley. We had many good years there.
I will miss her so much..... My prayers and thoughts are with her family.
