As stated by all, Dave was a great guy and friend. I first met Dave when he was the Personnel Director at the City of Napa years ago. He was an avid supporter of the employees he worked with. As the former Chair of the Civil Service Commission, I found our agency in the temporary need of a Personnel Director a few years ago. I tracked Dave down and asked him to come back to Napa and serve. Without hesitation he stepped to the plate and got the department out of a temporary dilemma. Dave was always there when you needed him. RIP my friend......................Bill Jabin

Eileen, Mark and Shannon, David was a true friend from the day we met. We had so many good times together. If you had a chance to be around David you were enriched. His positive attitude lifted up anyone that was down. He will certainly be missed by all on earth. You will all be in my daily prayers for your health happiness and safety.

Dave was a great man who inspired me to get my Masters Degree in Human Resources. Dave and I had many great talks and business trips over the years. He was always friendly and fun to be with. He always welcomed everyone and had great stories that he told with such enthusiasm. I wish his family peace in this difficult time and will remember Dave fondly for all his warmth and wonderful personality.

My condolences to the Falk Family. I will forever be grateful for the friendship our fathers had, as this has brought my lifetime friendship with Shannon & Mark. I am blessed to have many fond memories shared with Davey, and I will cherish them always. Dave & “Bread” will always be remembered as the life of the party. He will be greatly missed but always in our hearts. Love you Shannon & Mark!
