Jeannette Jean Dodge

Jeannette Jean Dodge, age 84 of Napa, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. She was born to William and Sophia Krause on October 26, 1930 in Carrollton, Michigan. 

Jeannette was raised in Saginaw where she attended Arthur Hill High School and was an active member of Jefferson Avenue United Methodist Church.  Her first job was with Sunshine Biscuits followed by several years as a switchboard operator.  Jeannette married Richard W. Dodge in 1950 and survived him (1977) after which she moved to Jensen Beach, Florida and spent the last 9 years of her life in Napa, California.  She loved to golf, bowl, cook, entertain, Polka, and play Bingo. 

Jeannette is survived by her identical twin sister Jean Harrison, her brother William Krause Jr., her children Danny (Carol), Diane (Brad), and Dennis (Joely), and four loving grandchildren Matt (Paige), Bobby, Christopher, and Danielle.  She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends.  Jeannette is predeceased by her sister, Irene.

Her family will honor Jeannette with a celebration of life at a latter date.
