Iam sorry for the loss to his family and friends. I enjoyed working with Watt at MINSY in shop 02. And the times I worked on his heavy equipment at his residence. .

Dear Family:
Watt was a good neighbor and we would wave to each other as he drove by our house. In one instance he supported by fighting one of the neighbors who wanted wine tasting and some of us opposed this effort. Watt was one neighbor who sent me a check for the attorney fees. We will say a prayer for Watt. Good rest in peace
