Roy Anthony Chiurco was born in San Francisco on June 28, 1937 to Frank and Santina Chiurco.  When he was a young boy his family vacationed in Sonoma, CA. where he eventually moved and started a Family.

Roy worked at Sonoma Developmental Center for 36 years before retiring, first as a baker and then in maintenance. He moved to his forever home in Napa in 1998.  Roy was a “car guy” his whole life and in the early years was the President of both Devil’s Darlings car club and later the Napa Valley Cruisers.

Roy enjoyed camping, golfing and playing cards with his buddies. After retirement he was fortunate enough to be able to travel but what he held closest to his heart were his family and friends

Roy is pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Santina Chiurco, brothers, Cosimo, Frank and Richard and sister Marie.

He is survived by his “little yellow haired girl”, his wife of 18 years, Roxy. Children, Mike (Rebecca), Tracy (Travis),  Steven (Anastatia), Marty (Cathleen) and Sherry (Larry). Grand children, Brianna, Jacob, Kelly, Danielle, Nils, Brandon and Sydney. Great Grand Children, Abagail, Jessica, Bentley and Dakota. Nieces Judy, Janet and Jeannie. And numerous other nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers our request is that you be square with your family and friends. Let them know you love them.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 08, 2016 at 11:00 am at Tulocay Funeral Home 411 Coombsville Rd Napa, CA.  Memories may be shared with the family on-line at www.tulocaycemetery.org.
