JIMMIE CARDWELL

1937-2016

Jimmie Louise Cardwell, 79, died peacefully at her home May 17, 2016.  She was born January 31, 1937 in Shreveport, Louisiana to James and Elizabeth Williamson.  Her family moved to Napa in 1947 and she graduated from Napa High School, Class of 55.

She worked as an office manager for 12 years, but her passion in life was her family.  She was married to William Cardwell Jr for 51 years as they built a life together raising their two sons.

She was blessed with a loving family, sons, David (Robin) Cardwell and Steven (Melanie) Cardwell; grandchildren, Jason (Amanda) Cardwell, Jamie (Kevin)Nastak, Holli Johnson and Stephine Cardwell;  great grandchildren, Brielle, Connor, Carson, Steven and Austin; and beloved dog, Caesar.

A service to honor her life will be held in the Tulocay Chapel on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 11am.  Memories and words of sympathy may be shared on-line at www.tulocaycemetery.org.
