JESSE RHOADES

1928-2016

Jesse Rhoades Jr. died January 27, 2016.  He was the first male child born to Jesse & Vida Rhoades in Starcity, Arkansas. He had two sisters & brothers.

He served proudly in the United States Army during World War II.  In early 1953, he met Shirley, the love of his life and six months later they were married.

Jesse worked for the City of Napa at the Water Department for 30 years. He operated heavy equipment and ran the crane. When he retired they retired the crane too.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Shirley; daughter, Rose; granddaughter, Jamie; grandsons, Edward, Jesse and Christopher; great granddaughter, Nevaeh; great grandsons, Michael, Xaverii, Henry, Hudson and EJ.

A service will be held in the Tulocay Chapel on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11:00am.  Words of sympathy can shared with the family at www.tulocaycemetery.org.
