Century old Dorothy Burgon died peacefully, December 12, 2015. She was born in Buffalo, New York, November 17, 1915 to Hungarian Immigrants, John and Teresa Gombos.
Independence was her lifestyle. Many, many "angel friends" in human form were her longevity treasures; and her personal motto was "play BINGO, live longer"!
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Leslie Burgon; grandchildren, Elizabeth Burgon, Shelley Burgon and Christopher Burgon; niece, Susan Ebling; nephew, Henry Ebling and his children; dearest friends, Tim Chandler, Barbara, Wayne, Wanda and Robert Miller; June Beeler, Ruthie Villegas and luncheon friends from Queen of the Valley Hospital Medical Records Dept. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John P. Burgon; beautiful daughter, June E. Burgon and precious son, J. Terry Burgon.
