Welcome to the memorial page for

Angela Brown

October 18, 1938 ~ March 25, 2015 (age 76) 76 Years Old

Late Wednesday evening on March 25, 2015, we lost our beloved Mother Angela Brown. We lost a truly remarkable woman.

Angela was born in Gloversville, NY to John and Rita (Papa) Falacco on October 18, 1938. She moved to Napa with her mother, brother and sister in 1945 where she attended local schools.

In 1953 she married Robert (Bob) Brown and they had three children, Nick, Angela and Crissy. She was involved in all her kids’ activities. She was involved in the Cub Scouts as Den Mother and was also the Treasurer of the PTA for Redwood Junior High School. Once her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were born she was just as dedicated to all their school and sports events and activities.

After her kids were grown she became a Pharmacy Tech and worked in that profession for over 20 years.

The most important thing in our Mom’s life was family and close friends. She enjoyed cooking traditional Italian dishes whether it was for large gatherings or small social events. She was an AMAZING cook and her food was memorable and delicious! We will forever treasure those times.

Angela was predeceased by both her parents and her brother Pete Falacco. She is survived by her loving sister Marie Narlow of Napa, her children Nick (Janelle) of American Canyon, Angela (Jim) Treadway of Suisun City, Crissy (Ken) Calvin of Napa; grandchildren, Garett Treadway of Suisun City, Nicki Brown of Napa, Jake Calvin of Orangevale and Mickella Calvin of Marina; great-grandchildren Kai and Adara Treadway; step-grandchildren Danielle (Andrew) Cano of Vacaville, Alex Isler of Napa; step-great-grandchildren Madison and Noah Cano; and numerous nieces and nephews.

We would like to extend a special Thank you to the nursing staff at Queen of the Valley ICU and 2 North for taking such wonderful care of our Mother.

We all feel truly blessed to have had our Mom in our lives. She loved her family more than life itself and she always looked forward to spending time with the people she loved. She was truly one of a kind and we will miss her.

Graveside services are private; a Memorial reception will be held on April 10 at Tulocay Reception Center from 1-4 p.m.
