Tracy R Lintner passed away peacefully at her home in Napa, CA, September 19, 2023 at the age of 80.
Tracy was born in New Orleans, LA. on February 12, 1943 to Howard “Dusty” and Oda Mae Rhoads. After graduating high school in Summit, NJ, she attended the Colby Sawyer college in Sunapee, NH. Tracy moved to St. Helena in 1983 and married her husband, Larry Lintner, in 1985. Together, they owned and operated Lintner Masonry, Inc. until retiring at the end of 2010.
Tracy is survived by her husband of 38 years, Larry of Napa, daughter Dana of Thousand Oaks, son Jared “Jed” of Calistoga, daughter Quincy of Napa, son Tyler of San Jose and brother Ross H. Rhoads of Hagerstown, MD.
Tracy was remarkably creative, an exceptional cook, had an eye for design and would tackle any renovation project that came her way. In her later years, Tracy embraced every moment of being a grandmother and never missed a moment of playing with the kids.
To honor Tracy’s memory, there will be a celebration of life service at Grace Episcopal Church in St. Helena, CA at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 7, 2023 with a reception to follow. Fr. Mac McIlmoyl will preside and all are welcome to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donating to the Providence Hospice of Napa Valley (formerly Collabria Care), 414 So. Jefferson St., Napa, CA 94559.
The family also wishes to express their thanks and appreciation to Teresa Gamma for her devoted and dedicated caregiving to allow Tracy to remain in her home until the end. Teresa is employed by the “A Partner in Caring” organization, 68 Coombs St., Ste A-9, Napa, CA 94559.
