Timothy Edward Regan

Timothy Edward Regan, 86 of Napa, California, passed away peacefully on August 27th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.  

Born June 4th, 1939, Tim graduated from poly-technic High School in San Francisco before serving in the army reserve and California National Guard. Following his service, he joined the carpenters union, eventually serving as a lead man. In 1981, he established his own general contracting business, which he operated successfully for four decades.

A longtime resident of Napa, Tim was known as a steady, reliable force-both in his work and in his personal life.  Beyond his professional accomplishments, he took immense joy in the camaraderie and challenge of the golf course, where he spent many cherished afternoons forging friendships and fond memories.

Tim was predeceased by his father Timothy, mother Dorothy and sister Dorothy. He is survived by his beloved wife Veronica of 47 years, three sons, one daughter, grand children, and great grandchildren. His family, friends and all who knew him  will deeply miss his unwavering support and gentle presence.  

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 at 2:00 at Tulocay cemetery in Napa followed by a celebration of life at 5:00 at Napa Valley Country Club.  All who knows Tim are welcome to join in celebrating his life and legacies.
