Rosalie Irene (Lemmon) Critchley

Rosalie Irene Critchley was born September 18th, 1933 and passed away peacefully June 22nd, 2026. She was born in Cambridge, NE and came to Napa in 1956. Rosalie worked for the Napa Valley Unified School District for 28 years. She was an avid sports fan, mainly for the Oakland A's, Golden State Warriors and the Raiders, but she also loved her college teams as well, especially the Nebraska Cornhuskers. She looked forward to her daily chats with her granddaughter Heidi and her visits with great grandson Teddy. 

Rosalie is survived by her four children - Terri Ritchie (Don), Tom Critchley, Tammi Collins and Don Critchley Jr. (Robbie). She was blessed with grandchildren Heidi, Carli, David, Sarah, Mark Caitlin, Brandon, Phillip and Chris, as well as great grandchilren Tyler, T.J., Payten, Rilie, Ellie, Colbie and Teddy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Louise Lemmon, brothers Harry and Jim Lemmon, sisters Alice Toppin and Donna Lewis, daughter in law Tammi Fuller Critchley, son in law William Collins, granddaughter Brianna Ritchie, grandson Darrel Ritchie and great granddaughter Teagan O'Hara. 

The family would like to thank her caregivers Mila, Emeshell, Hermie and Alma for all the love and care the provided the last year of her life. 

Graveside services will be held at Tulocay Cemetery July 10th, 2026 at 1:00pm for family and friends.
