Richard (Rick) Mueller Obituary

Richard "Rick" Watson Mueller, aged 69, passed away on January 22, 2021 at Queen of the Valley Hospital, Napa, Ca after a short illness. He was born in Oakland Ca, on 06/01/1951 to David Julius Mueller and Florence Louise Mueller (nee Watson). Rick was a 1969 graduate of St. Helena High School where he enjoyed playing baseball as a successful pitcher.

He lived as a grape farmer and local handyman in Rutherford, Ca. Rick enjoyed hiking and spending time outdoors. He was predeceased by his older brother David Chester Mueller, in 2019. Rick was survived by his brother Robert "Bob" Alan Mueller, and step-siblings Pamela Touzeau (nee Coats) and Timothy Coats as well as nieces Kerry A. Frakey (nee Mueller), Lissa L. Mueller, Erin N Hooten (nee Mueller), Samantha Mueller-Bonick, and nephew Julius K.R. Mueller. For those that wish to memorialize Rich please donate in his name to Nature Conservancy.
