Nancy Hiu-Chu Schmitz, loving mother, grandmother and wife of 42 years, passed away on February 18 in Napa, California, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

She and Mark spent many years living and working abroad in China, Brazil, the U.K. and Kuwait. She had an adventurist spirit and travelled to over 20 countries with her husband and children and shared her travels and stories through her delicious recipes with her beloved friends and family.
