Melinda Marie Adams

Melinda Marie (Parker) Adams passed peacefully on February 4, 2025. Melinda was born in Newcastle Wyoming and moved with her family to Napa in 1972. She was a graduate of Vintage High School and Pepperdine University. After many successful ventures she returned to Napa as owner of the Melinda Adams State Farm Insurance Agency. She was active in the PEO Sisterhood, the Kiwanis Club of Napa, Leadership Napa Valley and volunteered in many other ways. She loved the Napa Valley community and dedicated years of service to many friends and clients. She was loved by so many in the Valley and greater communities, and her legacy of giving will endure. She is preceded in death by her son Parker, survived by her son Colton and his wife Amanda, son Dylan, grandson Jackson Olsen, parents Clay and Mary Parker, brother Randy Parker and his wife Michele, nieces, nephews, many cousins and other relatives. Services will be held at 11:30 on Saturday February 15th at the First Presbyterian Church, 1333 Third Street in Napa. Gifts in lieu of flowers or other donations are suggested to the PEO Foundation Scholarship Fund in Melinda's name c/o Heather Teague (XM President), 3153 Vichy Avenue, Napa CA 94558 or to a scholarship being formed in Melinda's honor by the Kiwanis Club of Napa Foundation and mailed to PO Box 10816, Napa CA 94581.
