Lloyd Penrod

It is with sadness and great sorrow the family of Lloyd Penrod announces his passing on July 3, 2024, in Napa. Lloyd was a loving husband, brother, uncle, and a friend to everyone. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Lloyd was born in Redlands, California and grew up in Forest Falls. He met his future wife Debbie, in 1980 in Quincy California while mining on the river.

Lloyd was a farrier by trade and a real estate investor by choice, more than anything he was an adventurer. He enjoyed traveling, discovering new places, meeting new people, and making new friends. He was kind, caring, easy going, laid back, and also eager to offer a helping hand. Lloyd had a kind and gentle spirit that always looked for the good in people. 

Lloyd was a devoted husband, survived by his wife Debbie, brother Gary Penrod (Nancy), and sister Gail Penrod (John).

Lloyd always had time for anyone to share a glass of wine, to cook a fabulous meal or to just spend time with anyone.

Funeral service is August 16, 2024, at Tulocay at 11:00 am. Celebration of Life to immediately follow.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Napa Wildlife Rescue in his memory.
