Kimberly White

Kimberly White passed away May 12th 2022. Taken away from us way to soon at 43 years of age.

She was born on October 28,1978 and raised in Napa, attending elementary, middle and high school in Napa, graduating in 1996 from Napa High School. Following graduation, she attended 4 yrs of art study at Kansas City Art Institute earning a BA degree in 2000. Returning home Kim became the ceramic teacher at Napa High School for 5 years.

Moving on, she took a supervisor position at Napa Valley Fast Frame under owner Fred Cooper for 12 years. Following Fred's retirement, she purchased the shop and renamed it Napa Valley Framing Company. Her dream came true and now she could use all her art skills to share with everyone who came through the doors. She had exceptional visions of art and life. Her work was professional, artistic and she would do anything for a customer to make their dreams come true, earning her the top framing award in Napa Valley. She took pride in her work and care of her customers making many friends along the way.

She met Traci Meissenhalter in 1998 and was married in 2008. They were blessed with a beautiful girl, Riley, 2012. Kim loved Riley to the moon and back, teaching her everything about art and life.

Kim loved camping, road trips, and adventurous exploring the new roads and horizons that came her way. She was always keeping in contact with all the friends from Kansas City Art Institute till this date. She was a very special, sweet, caring, kind hearted, generous person, deeply compassionate about her art and every piece of work that ever went out of her shop. She loved family and every friend she ever made.

Kimberly was the daughter of Curtis and Cindy White, sister of Sherri Marc-Aurele, wife to Traci Meissenhalter, and mother to Riley. Our hearts are broken and we will miss and love her forever. We will never forget the memories and her soft smile will always be in our hearts.

There will be a graveside service at Tulocay Cemetery, 411 Coombsville Road, Napa On May 23rd at 11:00 AM. Reception to follow at main building
