Kathrine Faye Martin-Urzua

Kathrine Faye Martin-Urzua, passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2021 in Napa, California at the age of 36. Kathrine was born on March 21, 1984 in Vallejo, California to Donald

W. Martin, Jr. and Melody Faye Dunham. Kathrine attended Napa High School and worked as a homemaker, nanny and a dog bather. She was married to her sweet-heart, Miguel Alejandro Urzua Sedano, for fourteen years. As a couple, they welcomed two children.

Kathrine enjoyed crafts, and she was an artist. She had a deep love for children, and animals. She was an active and dedicated member of the Napa Valley Life Church.

Kathrine is survived by her parents, Donald W. Martin, Jr. and Melody Faye Martin of Napa; her husband, Miguel Alejandro Urzua Sedano of Napa; her children, Anastasia Marie

Martin-Urzua (15 years of age), and Emiliano Valentino Martin-Urzua (5 years of age); and many loved aunts and uncles and grandparents.

Katie believed in our “Lord and Savior’ with all her heart and she tried to live as God wants us to...putting others before yourself: She was a testament to that. All who knew her, knew she loved and adored her children and her husband, and you do not mess with “Mama Bear.” She truly has her angel wings! Fly high my baby, we will forever love you.

Kathrine’s service will be held at Tulocay Mortuary, 411 Coombsville Road, Napa, California, on Friday, January 29, 2021. An open casket viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for those that need closure, followed by a closed casket service at 12:00 p.m.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 p.m. -? at Kathrine’s parents house at 2111 So. Terrace Drive in Napa.

In lieu of flowers, Kathrine’s parents have asked that any contributions be made to the Go Fund Me account, posted on Facebook, which has been set up for her children, Anastasia and Emiliano.
