Obituary
Jeannie Chapdelain, loving mother, daughter, sister and friend left us to fly with the angels on Friday February 10th after a battle with cancer.
Her son Jason (Chappy) and daughter-in-law Rachel were by her side. Jeannie was born October 8, 1947 to Peggy and Owen Vaughn in Montrose, CO. She grew up on the family sheep farm before moving to Napa as a teenager when her parents divorced.
Jeannie was beautiful inside and out. She had an amazing wit, was extremely independent and strong in addition to being loving, caring and generous. She spent a lot of time doing volunteer work as a driver for neighbors and cancer patients. She loved gardening, casinos, walking, the color blue and most of all her only son Jason. Jason was the love of her life and the feeling was mutual.
She was proceeded in death by her brother Gordon, mother Peggy and Father Owen.
