James D. Wynn

On May 9, 2023, Jim Wynn, 45, passed away peacefully in his sleep from a massive heart attack. James David Wynn (Jimmy Wynn) born April 3, 1978 to Ed and Marlene.

Jim is survived by his sons: Matthew and Tyson; his parents, Ed, and Joyce. Brothers: Dan and Mike(wife Karen). Sister, Holly Moore (husband Jeff). The Uhl brothers, John, Damien, Jeremy (Jerm). Nieces and nephews: Maddie, Jordan, Jemma and Hunter.

Jim attended Napa schools graduating in 1997. He lived for his sons, Matthew and Tyson, family and friends.

His favorite pastime is being on the golf course as he patiently waited for duck season. Jim enjoyed his A's, 49er games, and of course a good poker game! Jim was happy, friendly and simply kind.

The town of yountville was more than a job to Jim. It was an extension to his family.

An impromptu visit from Jim was always a treat! His infectious smile, big bear hug, and his strong hand shakes are unforgettable!

Jimmy Wynn, our whole community is a little dim without our Jim.
