Was a very awesome man! He fought in WWII. 

Married his beloved wife, Amelia Martinelli in 1942. They raised 2 children, Linda and Marvin. And also bred German Shorthaired pointer with the name “von Lahrheim” since 1952. 

They lived in Napa since 1944. 

Married for many years until she passed away in 1990. And he never remarried. 

He loved his family so much! He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. He really enjoyed spending time by the water and going on vacation with his son Marvin and daughter in law, Nancy. They took him to many places and ate dinner together almost every night. 

He is survived by his two kids Linda Lydon and her husband Al Lydon, Marvin Lahr and his wife Nancy Lahr. 

4 grandchildren, Julie (Husband Chava), Vickie (Husband Chad), Cyndi (Husband Andrew)and Mike (Wife Sarah). 

11 Great Grandchildren, Erika (Husband Corey), Kayla, Martin, Lili, Chad, Josh, Angel, Bubba, Aiden, Brandon and Olivia. 

3 Great great grandchildren, Alayla, Carson and Ember. 

He loved spending time with all of them! He loved kids! 

He will surely be greatly missed by all of us! He was the rock of the family who helped anyone who needed it!
