When the Berlin Wall went up, she decided to return to Pittsburgh.

The were regular subscribers to the American Conservatory Theater, Palo Alto Players, Theater Works in Mountain View, Sunnyvale Rep. And the San Francisco Symphony, and the Peninsula Symphony at Flint enter in Cupertino. Plus an occasional opera and ballet in The City.

Glenda and Tom retired in the mid-to-late 1980s. In their retirement, they took many cruises: 52!!;
