Christine A. Hart

Christine Dykes Hart, 71 years old, passed away peacefully from complications related to dementia. She was always full of life and will be deeply missed.

Christine was born to Joyce and James Dykes in Reno Nevada. She grew up in Napa attending St. John's Catholic and Napa High School. As a teenager, she loved being a "pom pom" girl and sewing her own clothes. Directly following high school she married Carl Fry and together they bought Switzer's Van and Storage Moving Company while raising their children. She always had so many wonderful memories while living a Lincoln Hill Ranch in Yountville and in 1998 she started working for the County at Adult Probation and then eventually retiring from Juvenile Probation.

Christine loved jogging, exercising, gardening, drawing, crafts and especially cooking all of her classic Italian dishes. She loved entertaining and never did she miss an opportunity to "cheers" a glass of wine with her beloved friends and family. She would always light up a room with her contagious smile.

Christine eventually got remarried to Lee Hart and they moved to Yountville enjoying everything that beloved town has to offer. They enjoyed multiple trips to Sierra City, eating at all of the local restaurants/wineries as well as hosting their blended families for holidays and special occasions.

She is survived by her three sisters: Susie (David), Katy and Gigi (Randy). Her four children: Mandy (Brian), Julie (Ruben), Sarah and William (Sydney). Her three step children: Liz, Vicky and Matt as well as her twenty amazing grandchildren and step grandchildren. She was predeceased by her Mother Joyce Dykes, Father James Dykes, first husband Carl Fry and husband Lee Hart.
