Obituary

Cary M. Tozer, 81, passed away peacefully in Napa after saying goodbye to a few friends and family on August 23, 2022. He is now dancing with his beloved wife, Doris "Ashley" who passed away in November 2015.

Cary is survived by his brothers, Eddie and Ira Tozer, his children Wendy (and Rick) Joens, Lance Tozer, and his stepchildren Sharon (and Mark) Coleman, and Dan (and Alex) Davis, and numerous grand and great grandchildren.

Born In Santa Rosa, then attended High School in San Jose, Cary was an Eagle Scout, excelled at water polo, high diver, and yo-yo champion. He joined the Navy where he was a Deep-Sea Salvage Diver. He arrived in Napa in 1964 where he rode, trained, broke, and bred horses.

After marrying his love, Cary dove headfirst into Real Estate, and at one time, his American Realty was the largest RE office in Napa. He excelled at whatever he did. Avid water/snow skier, black belt in martial arts, and GOLF. Up until a year ago, he would complete 200 sit-ups every night - and he (they) loved to sing and dance.
