Richard (Bill) Ruzicka passed to his rest on Nov 22, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, 4 children, Cheryl Heberer (Richard); Bill Jr. (Luz); Keith (Debbie); Kerri & brother Joe Ruzicka, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held after the holidays.
