Kathryn Temista Thibaut

On August 1, 2017 Kathy Thibaut joined her Husband, Family Members, Friends, and Animals in Heaven. Born in St. Helena on November 5, 1933 to Joe and Molly Leitner, raised on a Dairy in Lake Berryessa Area. Graduating from Napa High, followed by attending Napa JC for Nursing she became an LVN. Married the Love of her Life Don Thibaut in 1955. Together they raised three Children; John (Cheryl), Patti (Jeff), and Dawn (Byron), who gave them the privilege of becoming Grandparents to eleven; Mark (Marta), Sammy, Brian (Cynthia), Jessa (Chris), D.R. (Liz), Kayla (John), Karlie, Dalton, Ian, Hannah, and Hunter.

Who were gracious enough to give her Eight Great Grand Children; Silvia, CarlyIsabella, Ben, Addy, Cadence, Mallory, Char, and Conor.

Once Don & Kathy’s Children were all in School, Kathy ran around the Valley selling Real Estate until Don’s death in 1986. Trying to regain her composure she relocated back to Berryessa at ‘KT MY RANCH’. This allowed her the opportunity with her Grand Children to return to her roots of Horses, raising animals and being a part of 4H once again like when she was a girl. Along with Rehabilitating wild animals for 25 years with Wild Life Rescue.

Kathy had spirit like no other. She never met a stranger, and was the life of the party. Her Family and animals were her pride and joy. She will be missed greatly, but her spirit will forever live in each and everyone of us.

Services to be on Friday August 18, 2017 9:30—10:45 Casket signing in Tulocay Court Yard, 11:00 Graveside Service @ Tulocay Cemetery, with Celebration of Life to follow @ 1075 Alpine CT. Napa Ca.
