Gabriel Gibran Afana

Gabriel Gibran Afana (Gabe) passed away unexpectedly on October 19, 2017 at the age of 35, in Napa, Ca.

He was born to Mary Lou Chaidez and David Nicola Afana on March 16, 1982.

Gabe had a deep love and passion for baseball and football. But his whole world was his son, Gibran. He was happiest spending time with his son, family, and fiance Delicia and taking it easy to enjoy life. Gabe was kind , caring, and a protector to all.

He was a loving father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to many.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond R Chaidez and Beatrice A Chaidez of Napa, Ca. Dorothy L Talbert and Herman Talbert of Paso Robles, Ca. As well as his Mother, Mary Lou Chaidez Jensen of Provo, Ut.

He is survived by his father, David (Michelle) Afana, Ca. His son Gibran Afana, Ca. And his siblings, David (Deborah) Afana, Ca. Michael (Diedere) Afana, Ca. Nicole (Shiloh) Sorensen, Ut. Deborah Afana, Ca. and Cristina (George) Grawe, Ak.

Services were held at Tulocay cemetery on Monday October 30, 2017 at 1 pm.
