Debra Thompson

Debbie Thompson, 63, passed away April 28, 2017 in Pleasant Hill, California. She was born September 16, 1953 in Redding, California to Robert and Betty Cheshier.

After high school, Debbie went on to receive her Associates Degree. For the better part of 25 years, she was a teacher at State Line Elementary School in New Pine Creek, Oregon. Debbie loved owning her own business making the most beautiful candles and wonderful soaps.

Debbie married David Thompson in New Pine Creek, Oregon. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a great sense of adventure. Whale watching was one of her greatest joys. Debbie was loved by her family and friends and was an amazing sister, wife, mother, grandma and friend.

Debbie is survived by her husband, David Thompson of New Pine Creek, OR; sister, Bonny Kuhfal of Vallejo, CA; brothers, Forrest Cheshier of Adela, OR and Shawn Cheshier of Cordelia, CA; five children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren all of Sacramento, CA.
