RICHARD HOLMES

1962-2015

Richard D. Holmes, 52, died July 8, 2015.  He was born December 7, 1962 in Vallejo to Robert and Patricia Holmes.  Rich worked as a mechanic for the city of Napa.  He loved hunting and fishing, and was a big NASCAR fan.

Rich is survived by his wife, Jil Schutz-Holmes; daughter, Samantha; son, Jake; step-children, Wendi Schutz-Anken, Tod Anken, Sunni Anken and David Anken; step-grandchildren, Garrett Anken and Madison Anken; brothers, Michael Holmes and Charles Holmes; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and long time friend, Craig Sibbett.

A service to honor his life will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 11am in the Tulocay Chapel.  Memories and words of sympathy may be shared with the family on-line at www.tulocaycemetery.org.
