Mark Allen Cassidy

On August 28, Mark Cassidy passed away at the age of 56 from cancer-induced liver cirrhosis. He was born August 25, 1961, in Vallejo. He is survived by his wife, Margo, his children; Chase and Aysha, many loving friends, his sister; Sherry, and father; Mick.

In his youth, Mark attended Cooper Elementary in Vallejo and then moved to Napa to attend Redwood Jr. High. He graduated from Vintage High School and then since November of 1979 he began his career as a car salesman, a profession that he dreamed of doing since he was young. Customers loved him for his honesty and knowledge of cars.

In 1988, he met Margo Campainha. They dated until July 14, 1990, when they got married. The new family settled in the Napa Valley, and spent many happy years going on vacations around the country and the world, spending time with family and friends, being involved with his kids; his whole world, continuing his job as a car salesman, and helping Margo with her animal rescue, Whiskers, Tails, and Ferals. During his last months, he and his family took bucket list road trips to Oregon, Seattle, and Las Vegas.

Mark was known as a hard-working, funny, and all-around great person. He will be dearly missed by many but never forgotten.
