Jorjuen Rae Hutchinson

Jorjuen Rae Hutchinson (Juen), 64, passed away on June 8, 2017 in Clearlake Oaks, CA.  She was born May 11, 1953 in Vallejo, California to George and Juen Hutchinson.  She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico and taught school for over 30+ years.  She was also a member of Cal Pers and California Teachers Association.

In 1990, she married her husband John Hourigan. 

Juen was fluent in Spanish having lived in Columbia for 3 1/2 years and in Mexico for over 17 years.  She enjoyed traveling, antiques, depression glass & retro clothing as well as entertaining friends.  During her lifetime, she loved scuba diving, whale watching and had her own business "Tours by Juen".

Juen is survived by her husband, John Hourigan of Clearlake Oaks; brother, George Hutchinson, Jr. of Saratoga; sister, Cheryl Hutchinson of Napa; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Juen will be remembered as a wonderful sister, teacher, friend, and mentor.  She will be greatly missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 1:00 PM. at Tulocay Chapel, 411 Coombsville Road, Napa, CA.  Memories may be shared online with the family at www.tulocaycemetery.org.
