John Liptrot Obituary
December 1, 1934 – February 12, 2018
John W. Liptrot of Napa, Ca, passed away peacefully at his home, with family by his side on Feb. 12th.
Born in Indiana, raised in Illinois, after high school he enlisted in the US Army’s air force division. John later joined the Carpenters Union and retired after 40 plus of service as a journeymen millwright.
John is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Mary Lou.
The father and stepfather of 10 children, Susan, Doug, Linda , Bobby, Charles, Keith, Terry, Wayne, Shawn and Theodore. Grandfather to 15, and Great-grandfather of 11.
John’s biggest passions were Golf, Photography and Stain Glass Art, to which he crafted a number of original works of art. He made many friends in his lifetime, which he really enjoyed. John will be missed dearly by all, R.I.P.
