Joe C. Phipps

Joe C. Phipps, 35 of Napa California passed away peacefully in his home with his family by his side on August 24, 2017. Joe was born on January 4, 1982 to Leonard C. Phipps and Janice A. Wilkinson. Joe was an extremely dedicated father and loving husband. His family always came first, no matter what. He was a kind and caring man with friends from all walks of life. He enjoyed many things such as, his cars, the raiders, trips to Vegas, and his animals. Joe was a very generous man and he became an “uncle” to every child that crossed his path. He defied the odds and became a very successful, self-made business owner. Joe is survived by his wife, April Phipps; daughter, Alyssa; son, Joseph. He is also survived by his brothers, Jason, James, Johnny, David; sister, Christie; niece, Anevay; nephew, Preston; mother Jan Wilkinson; pops Curtis Faulkenbery and his Aunt Jo, along with numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Joe is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Phipps; brother, Brad Burns; Grandparents Ron and Bretta Wilkinson and Grandma Mary Canepa. We all lost an amazing man, but heaven gained an incredible angel.

Services to celebrate Joe’s life will be held at Tulocay Cemetery Funeral Home on Tuesday September 5th 2017 at 11:00am.
