Don, I learned so much from you that I am so grateful. You were a great problem solver. You left a big void in our company when you retired. Now you have left a much bigger hole in all of us who shared your life one way or another. I have not met a dedicated and loving grandpa like you were. I hope one day I am as loving dedicated grandpa like you were. Rest in peace Don MCacard!

My condolence to Don's family. I have a hard time with words on how I felt about Don. I work for Rosendin Electric and Don was my inspector. We all loved Don and respected him so much . Don had a way of telling you nicely that you screwed up. He always made me laugh. And was always willing to help. After many projects I went to work at S&C Engineers. Don gave me all the help I needed. I told S&C that no one will be able to replace Don. He was the best ever. Don told me to be myself and never treat the contractor that you know more then them. There are so many good things I can say about Don. I'll never forget one day I was probably having the worst day ever as a contractor. I met Don on the job site and I got mad at him. Really stupid of because he did nothing to make me mad. Of course I apologize and he told me its all good. Just buy me lunch at Polo Loco. Don loved that place. I could go on for ever. Don will alway be with me. I will alway love that man. God Bless to his family and Don will always be in our Heart. Rob Snider

I still can't believe everyone is gone. I did talk to Don a few days before he passed and we shared how much we love each other. I'm glad he isn't suffering anymore and is reunited with everyone in Heaven and they are all watching over me till it's my time. 😇I do love all of his family and my heart goes out to you. ❤️❤️❤️
