BILL LEE HALL

1932-2015

Bill Lee Hall died unexpectedly on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at his Napa, home. He was born June 1, 1932 in Sparta, North Carolina.  He graduated high school in High Point, NC and joined the US Navy.

Bill retired from the Navy after 21 years, earning the rank of Lt. Commander.  He then moved to Napa and worked for the county, retiring as the Building Codes Administrator in 1990.

He married Carol Reeves in 1988 and they enjoyed their retirement years together in Napa.

A memorial service will be held to honor his life on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 230pm at the Covenant Presbyterian Church, 1226 Salvador Ave.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Covenant Presbyterian Church.  Memories and words of sympathy may be shared on-line at www.tulocaycemetery.org.
